Development of Periodical Press in Pelhřimov Region during Years 1948-1989

The aim of this dissertation is to characterize the development of the press in the district of Pelhřimov between the years 1948 and 1989 on the geographical, political, social and cultural background in Czechoslovakia as well as this concrete region. On the ground of available material the dissertation also adumbrates the management of a regional newspaper office and the work there. The attention is paid on the main district periodical. The first chapter of the dissertation offers a picture of the historical background of that time as well as the management of printed newspapers in Czechoslovakia. The regional affairs are set in a deeper context. The second chapter devotes a detailed description of political, economical, social, cultural and sports events in the district of Pelhřimov and their reflexion in the press. The main constituent of this chapter is an overview of the district periodicals raging from Týdeník Cesta vysočinou, Hlas Vysočiny, Vesnické noviny Pelhřimovska, Pelhřimovské noviny to Nástup and Hlas Vysočiny in 1990. In the last chapter there is an attempt to analyse the content of the newspapers in the district of Pelhřimov from the semiotic point of view. The readiness of municipal governments on drawing fund resources in the new programming period

The aim of thesis was to analyse the readiness of municipal government on drawing funded resources during programming period 2014 2020 in Pelhřimov region.The practical part includes information about developing and funding opportunities for minucipalities.One part of the thesis is dedicated to the SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis was based on the survey results and own discretion. This analysis contains 20 factors in total. As a result of Fuller's pyramid, which compars greater importance of one factor over another, was WO strategy. This strategy is based on removing weaknesses thanks to opportunities. The functioning strategy, with the help of selected factors of weaknesses and opportunities, which were selected by me, is described in the proposal. The main part of the thesis is the implementation of the questionnaire survey.

Analysis and design of bicycle transport solutions using GIS tools in the district Pelhřimov

The analysis of the cycling transport in the Pelhrimov county by using GIS tools. The theme of the bachelor thesis is to completely analyze cycling transport in the Pelhrimov county and to suggest possible new bike routes. The thesis also includes maps of all kinds of bike routes in the Pelhrimov county and the Vysočina region. The first part of the thesis introduces and theoretically describes a detailed analysis of problems in cycling tourism and transport. The second part evaluates the region from geophysical and culture-historical view. The end of the thesis includes a few possible new bike routes which complete the already existing ones. The thesis also includes the survey which purpose is to find out how individual county offices deal with the cycling tourism and transport.

Možnosti řešení regionální nezaměstnanosti v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou

This bachelor thesis deals with unemployment in the years 2000 -- 2012 and its aim is the proposal to improve employment policies in order to reduce the number of the unemployed in the district Žďár nad Sázavou. The first part of this thesis is literature search. It is dedicated to the explanation of basic concepts of unemployment and the analysis of active and passive employ-ment policies. In the second part of the thesis, there is an analysis of the district Žďár nad Sázavou. Attention is paid mainly to the historical development, the geographical location, the transportation infrastructure, the demography, the structure of busi-ness, the professional population distribution and the political development. This part of bachelor thesis also includes a comparison of the Žďár nad Sázavou district and the Pelhřimov district. The advantages and disadvantages of the Žďár nad Sázavou district are evaluated there. In the third part, there is an analysis of unemployment figures, which involves a comparison of the district and republic unemployment data. The chapter also deals with the prediction of unemployment development, calculated by means of the economic methods and statistic methods. In conclusion, I summarized the findings of this bachelor thesis and I outlined possible solutions for the employment policy of the Žďár nad Sázavou district.

Issues of territorial development in the cottage settlements of the Pelhřimov districkt and their solutions

The bachelor thesis is focused on cottage recreation in the Pelhřimov district, including its development problems. The work follows the diploma thesis of Iveta Bartesová, who mapped the distribution of cottage settlement in this territory. This bachelor thesis contains a field survey evaluation of the cottage settlement, an evaluation of interviews with the cottage owners on the subject of cottage recreation problems in each cottage settlement and the discussions with the Building Authority staff as well as the village authorities on issues of cottage recreation in their areas. At first there is discussed the literature focusing on the secondary housing, especially cottage recreation. The following section is focusing on the geographical characteristics of the district, with an emphasis on the connection with secondary housing. The methodological chapter is followed by the most important part of the bachelor thesis ? the evaluation of the territorial development problems of the cottage settlement in the district Pelhřimov, particularly problems associated with the protection of nature, landscape, flood protection and technical infrastructure equipment.

Unemployment of person with tertiary education within the District of Pelhrimov

The work is concerned with unemployment of persons with higher and university education in the job market within the District of Pelhrimov. It focuses on price rating, social position, educational structure, as well as on total quality of life. Regular monitoring system of employees income level in the Czech Republic is used to evaluate opportunities in the job market. The work is also partly concerned with tertiary education reforms that in a certain way impact and will impact on opportunities for these persons in the job market. It analyzes the local job market investigated with assistance of Employment Office in Pelhrimov and it also partly affects graduate unemployment and evaluates views of eight employers in this market. On the basis of data supplied by Ministery of Labour and Social Affairs and subsequent comparison with results of employers investigation questionnaire, the assumption that in the job market there is not enough interest in persons with bachelor's degree or higher education was confirmed.

Aim of this thesis is to plot employee care in organizations and companies, that have a seat in Pelhřimov district. The thesis deals with employee relationships and employee care, where participate working hours and work regime, work enviroment, personal development of employees, services provided to employees by employer, employee benefits, work safety and protection of their health and their motivation and stimulation as well. The first step during processing of this thesis was studying the special literature; making of questionaries was directly connected with it. The questionary was essintial for following survey and the survey took four months. Then, acquired information were processed and incuded into graphs and charts and annotated. The result of the thesis is an undestandable picture of employee care in Pelhřimov district and discovery of the greatest problems and the most problematic branches of the national economy.

Active labour market policy focused on retraining in the Pelhrimov district

The thesis deals with the active labour market policy in the Pelhrimov district, particularly it focuses on retraining -- one of the most used instrument of active labour market policy. Participation in retraining affects not only employment but also employability and overall quality of the life of participants. This thesis examines efficiency of retraining implemented in the Pelhrimov district in years 2008-2010 in terms of their impact on the employment of participants. To evaluate the efficiency the method of analysis of gross effects is used. The thesis also describes the nature of the local labour market and evaluates the institutional character of active labour market policy from the perspective of Employment office in Pelhrimov. The thesis also analyses targeting of retraining -- a factor that influences the efficiency of retraining. Simultaneously, the thesis evaluates the view of key employers on the local labour market on retraining and employability of their graduates in the labour market.

Effect of drugs on the illegal behavior of traffic participants and its social impact in Pelhřimov district

The content of this thesis is to map the influence of drugs on the illegal behavior of traffic participants, including an adumbration of its social impact. Studying of the issue is done in general, and in its statistical representation focuses on the detected in-fringement of law committed under the influence of drug traffic in Pelhřimov district. The paper first describes several most commonly used drugs which are then processed into various subchapters including their impact on driving. Further on work includes subchapters according to their time-sequence from obtaining suspicion of drug use by the driver before driving to the way of communication with the suspect officers should choose, to confirmation of the initial detection of drugs in the body of the driver and outlining other actions for correct documentation of the whole thing necessary to prove the offense and successful investigation. This section also included a legislative defini-tion of the problem. Work includes a retrospective content analysis of statistically reported data of drug use by motor vehicle drivers in the whole country and drug drivers in the territory of the Pelhřimov district. Another method used in the processing of work was the method of analysis of available materials and method of comparative study. The goal is to illustrate the influence of drugs offenses in traffic and the number of detected cases of drug use by motor vehicle drivers before or during the journey, and bring the issue in tabular form, which will be used in the formation of a coherent view on it. The material is suitable for improvement of the performance of officers in the in-stitutions which take part in the hearings of infringements committed under the influ-ence of drugs in the traffic, mainly for Police of the Czech Republic and administrative authorities. Two hypotheses were established as the objectives of the work. The num-ber of infringements committed under the influence of drugs in the territory of the Pel-hřimov district is increasing. This hypothesis was confirmed by the collected data. The second hypothesis, that drugs adversely affect the driver{\crq}s ability to drive a motor vehi-cle, was also confirmed by the comparison of resources.

The labor market in the district Pelhřimov

The main goal of this Bachelor's Thesis is to analyze the labour market and its development in Pelhřimov. The first part contains the role of the state in the fight against unemployment, specifically the principles of active and passive labour market policy. Furthermore I looked into the development of the labour market after 1989 and its general drift. The second part follows the labour market in Pelhřimov after 1989 and contains the development of employment and unemployment. Part of this work is also the analysis of applicants according to the structural characteristics and 'problematic' groups of applicants. The active labour market policy in Pelhřimov is also mentioned.
